By accessing or using Kaala (operated by Gosh Digital), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kaala. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2. Nature of Service

You should not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings. Always consult qualified professionals for matters related to health, finance, law, or mental well-being.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate birth details, as inaccurate data will result in inaccurate chart calculations. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Credits & Payments

• ✦Credits are the currency used to access AI-powered features on Kaala.
• ✦New accounts receive 25 free credits upon registration (test period).
• ✦Additional credits can be purchased in packs via Stripe.
• ✦Credits are non-refundable once purchased. No exceptions.
• ✦Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• ✦If your account is terminated for a violation of these terms, any remaining credits are forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and software on Kaala are owned by Gosh Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated interpretations and reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish generated content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary algorithms
• •Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service without permission
• •Impersonate another person or provide false birth details for another individual without their consent
• •Interfere with the service's infrastructure or security

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data, birth charts, interpretations, and reports will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to exploit the service. In such cases, remaining credits are forfeited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gosh Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
